Project Admin Support

We are in the initial stages of an ERP implementation project and need support for our team during this process.
Reporting the General Manager Operations, this role will be primarily to provide support across the business units for our Hastings team with a main focus on reception (answering our main phone line), customer service, supporting the finance team, and project administration support.
You will be super organised with a drive to provide the best customer experience possible. Your attention to detail, speed and accuracy will be mind-blowing.  Great computer skills and competency with MS Office particularly Word and basic Excel is a must.Your day changes at a moments’ notice? Executive Assistant to CEO & Exec Team

Reporting the General Manager – People, this role will be primarily to provide executive administrative support to the CEO and the Executive Team. You will be agile and solution-focused with exceptional organisation and planning skills. Day to day tasks will include diary management (for CEO) and travel arrangements, preparing presentations, reports and correspondence. Core to this role is maintaining confidentiality and dealing with highly sensitive matters given visibility of the Exec team’s discussions and correspondence.

While the CEO is the priority, this role also includes providing administrative support to the Executive Team. This will predominantly be Human Resources, Operations and Sales.
