WAREHOUSE STORE PERSON – CHRISTCHURCH

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, your main tasks will be (but not limited to):
- Picking orders following the picking form – attention to detail is critical
- Accurately checking and packing orders
- Making sure the working environment is tidy and safe
- Helping unload containers
- Driving a forklift to source products/put products away
- Decanting larger quantities of products into smaller items
- Making small deliveries to customers.
What we are looking for
To be successful in the role you must have:
- Physically fit and reliable – you will need to be able to lift 20 litre
- Forklift license and relevant endorsements (or willing to attain)
- Hold a current New Zealand driver’s license
- Know your way around a computer and have the ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communicator, a real team player who goes the extra mile to get the job done
- Have a solid understanding of or willing to learn the importance of safety requirements in a warehousing environment and the importance of safe manual handling practices.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Keen to learn and help out where ever needed.

SALES MANAGER – HUTT VALLEY, WELLINGTON
Total moved into Wellington 12 months ago and we are doubling down on our investment by looking for a dedicated Sales Manager located in the region to drive growth and market share. Ideally you will have lubricant sales or similar industry experience, solid contacts and be able to leverage off existing long-standing business relationships. This is a challenging and autonomous role that requires experience, drive and dedication. You will be supported by a Business Development Manager who has over 12 years experience in the industry and a team of fantastic people across the country who are driven, passionate and supportive.
This is the perfect role for someone who has oil industry experience (or similar), has managed a small business or branch and is happy to split their time between growing sales, leading and overseeing the warehousing operations.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has experience leading a small team, is skilled at building solid and longstanding relationships, and an excellent communicator. You will have top notch time and call planning management with plenty of energy! We know our success is through our people and we always put them first. It is critical that the successful person is a perfect match to our pillars (values) and culture.
You have a good understanding of oils and lubricants and experience in the various industries we serve. You are comfortable using CRM tools and eager to use these to optimise the quality and efficiency of your work.
To be successful in the role you will need
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, ideally with staff management responsibility.
- Have solid contacts and the ability to leverage off existing relationships
- Experience and high competence using systems and computer applications.
- A full clean drivers licence.
- Experience in key account management, developing strategic sales plans, preparing and analysing budgets and sales reports would be advantageous.

You will have great energy, communication and relationship building skills and are happy to pitch in when the team needs your help. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be supported by a team of fantastic people across the country who are driven, passionate and supportive to take our company to the next level.

You are skilled at building solid and longstanding relationships and will easily relate to a wide variety of people – from workshop managers to CEO’s. Your communication skills, time management and call planning will be top notch and you will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.
