General Manager – People

Opportunities such as this, to truly partner with the business to deliver strategic and operational support, don’t come along that often. This is a role with a strong focus on organisational culture, talent and development, and growing leadership bench strength. Reporting to, and working closely with, the CEO you will sit as part of a leadership team of five.
Your remit will include the full spectrum of HR along with driving and implementing their people, health, safety, and wellness strategies. This is a critical role, one where you will need to act as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to empower and motivate their teams to deliver results. You will get the added benefit of being involved in the commercial side of business, including exciting projects outside of traditional HR.
